Following the receipt of numerous complaints regarding the use of the Green recently, OBPC have taken an objective view, considered both side of the debate. OBPC and anyone who uses the Green does so under rules, regulation & guidance. These are not OBPC rules these come from Government and advisory bodies.
OBPC have revised the 2025 lease agreement for the Green, to improve clarity of the expectations and removed ambiguity. below is a statement to that fact
